Pratik karmakar, an eminent music director and the most eligible entrepreneur in town with his music company "PR Studios"

Pratik Karmakar, much known as one of the eminent Music Director in Tollywood, is not only his identity. Pratik is now the MD and the CEO of his own music company and record label titled "PR Studios". He shares his unknown entrepreneurship journey talking to Celebrity Talkies , in an one to one interview 


Pratik's music company PR Studios is just 1 year old and has released almost over 120 songs with almost every song released by his company in the the top music chartbusters. He has released songs by the legend Nachiketa Chakraborty and and the song has over 1million Streamings across all the top digital music stores which includes iTunes, jio Saavn, Amazon prime music, wynk, gaana spotify and others. Pratik is now working with the eminent Rupankar Bagchi and Raghav Chatterjee as a music composer, music arranger and also will be releasing the songs from his own music company PR Studios . Apart from this legends Pratik's company has released songs with Zee Bangla Saregamapa champion, Anwesha Dutta , Zee Bangla Saregamapa Rik Basu, Zee TV Saregamapa Hindi finalist Debojit Dutta has also worked for various web series friends and with eminent director like Srijit Mukherjee , Ranadeep Sarkar, Susanta Das ( Tent Cinema ) and has been associated with many film institutes in the town.


Asking about his journey Pratik told Celebrity Talkies that it wasn't an easy task setting up the entire company all by himself but yes it was his determination and will power that has taken him and his company this far. His music company wishes to work with new upcoming talented musicians, music directors, singers, lyricists to provide them a platform to showcase their talent and to take their career in the right path which most of the music companies have failed to achieve.


Pratik is young, dashing and of course has an attitude to watch out for, not only in the field of music but also in the field of business that obviously makes him the most eligible intrapreneur in town

Music director, Pratik Karmakar and singer, Debojit Dutta creates the Durga Puja theme song for Newtown BC Block

  Report : Satyaki Sen On the occasion of Rath Yatra, Newtown BC block cultural association launches their new durgapuja theme song for the year 2024. Music director Pratik Karmakar has done the music arrangements & music programming of the song , has played all the instruments , has recorded the song and has also done the mixing and mastering of the song. The song has been composed and sung by Zee TV Saregamapa & Indian idol fame, Debojit Dutta. Song has been written by Ajay Karmakar. The theme of New Town BC block cultural association's durga puja is "Putul Kotha" where they want to bring back the old traditions of "putul" ( doll made in rural areas ) which is now on the verge of being extinct. Music director Pratik Karmakar walks in as the chief guest for "Rang Panchami"

Pratik is now busy working on 2 Web Series and a dozen of albums.
