Music director Pratik Karmakar receives the prestigious India Star Award from India Star Book of Records

Renowned music director of Tollywood Pratik Karmakar has been awarded with the prestigious "India Star Awards" by the India Star Book of Records for his excellency in the field of music and sound.


Pratik has been awarded with this prestigious award for his music direction, music composition, music production in  films and albums. Pratik took to his social media platforms to let his fans and followers know about this.


As per Pratik, he and his music company, PR Studios are coming up with a lot of projects, which includes work from films, albums and singles. Pratik recently is working on a tollywood film due for release this 2022. In his conversation with celebrity talkies , Pratik has asked all his fans and supporters to wait for his upcoming projects as the audience will get something new to watch and hear.


Pratik , till now, has 165 songs released to his name and most of his songs are trending in the digital music charts. "Ami Valo Nei", "Sesh SMS", "Ye Jism" ,etc are some of his latest releases (songs) that are trending in the top music charts now.

Music director, Pratik Karmakar and singer, Debojit Dutta creates the Durga Puja theme song for Newtown BC Block

  Report : Satyaki Sen On the occasion of Rath Yatra, Newtown BC block cultural association launches their new durgapuja theme song for the year 2024. Music director Pratik Karmakar has done the music arrangements & music programming of the song , has played all the instruments , has recorded the song and has also done the mixing and mastering of the song. The song has been composed and sung by Zee TV Saregamapa & Indian idol fame, Debojit Dutta. Song has been written by Ajay Karmakar. The theme of New Town BC block cultural association's durga puja is "Putul Kotha" where they want to bring back the old traditions of "putul" ( doll made in rural areas ) which is now on the verge of being extinct.
